Local Pickup/Free Shipping
Orders located in and around Yorktown, Texas can use the code LOCAL at checkout to waive shipping fees and pick their orders up locally.
In stock items will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will ship the following business day. Pre-Order items will be shipped within 24 hours of their receipt by our warehouse.
Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail from our warehouse in Yorktown, Texas.
Certain products will ship separately from our warehouse in Amarillo, Texas.
Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, makeup free, perfume free and still have the original tags attached.
Personal items (Makeup Eraser, Desert Bronze Sunless Tanner, jewelry, earrings, swimsuits, etc...) cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box and must be unworn with soles unmarked.
Gift Cards, Sale, Clearance, Discounted and Pre-Order items are "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
